1. What kind of tours do you offer?

 

We offer private and exclusive tours for travelers to Tunisia. Our tours are customized to suit your interests and preferences, and we strive to provide a personalized and memorable experience for each of our clients.

 

2. What is included in your tours?

 

Our tours typically include transportation, accommodations, meals, and activities as specified in the itinerary. We also provide a knowledgeable and licensed tour guide to accompany you throughout your journey.

 

3. How do I book a tour?

 

You can book a tour with us by visiting our website and filling out a booking request form. Our team will then get in touch with you to discuss your preferences and customize your itinerary.

 

4. What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs we have already incurred. Here are our cancellation policies:

 

The cancellation policy varies depending on the tour category. Tour confirmation deposits are non-refundable. 

Tours longer than 3 days: 

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the start of the tour: Full refund minus any non-refundable expenses incurred (e.g. 10% tour confirmation deposits).

  • Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the start of the tour: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the start of the tour: No refund.

  • Tour booked on short term; less than 72h, are not refundable

As an exception, Xperience Tunisia may refund the purchase price in the following cases:

  • Serious interruption of the service due to road closures

  • Confirmed faults in our system

  • Trip cancellation due to air strikes or natural disasters that impede travelling during the purchase period

  • Cancellation of the Services provision due to an exceptional event caused by the COVID-19 pandemic or similar 

  • Denial of entry to Tunisian territory by the authorities

5. How far in advance should I book my tour?

 

We recommend booking your tour as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak travel season. We suggest booking at least two weeks in advance, but for customized itineraries or large groups, we recommend booking even earlier.

 

6. Are tips included in the tour price?

 

No, tips are not included in the tour price. It is customary to tip your guide and driver in Tunisia, and we suggest budgeting around 5-10 € / day for the driver and 10-20€ / day for the tour guide.

 

7. Can I customize my tour itinerary?

 

Yes, we specialize in private and exclusive tours and can work with you to create a customized itinerary based on your interests and preferences. Simply contact us with your ideas and we will work with you to create the perfect itinerary.


 

8. What happens if there is bad weather during my tour?

 

In the event of bad weather, our team will do our best to make alternative arrangements or reschedule the tour for a more suitable time. If the tour cannot be rescheduled, we will provide a refund for any affected parts of the tour.
