Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs we have already incurred.

Changes to the Itinerary:

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. We will do our best to provide you with a comparable alternative, but we cannot guarantee that all elements of the original itinerary will be maintained.

Missing payment:

In the event that full payment is not received before the start of the tour as outlined in our payment terms, Xperience Tunisia reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. This may result in the loss of the 20% tour confirmation deposit, and any cancellation fees specified in our cancellation policy may apply. Additionally, the reserved tour services, accommodations, and transportation arrangements may be released, and alternative bookings cannot be guaranteed. We strongly urge passengers to fulfill their payment obligations promptly to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.
