General Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation:

After making a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please review these details carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any errors or discrepancies.

A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of your tour. If you book a tour less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.

If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover any costs we have already incurred.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour category. Tour confirmation deposits are non-refundable.

For tours longer than 3 days:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the start of the tour: Full refund minus any non-refundable expenses incurred (e.g. 20% tour confirmation deposits).

  • Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the start of the tour: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the start of the tour: No refund.

  • Tours booked on short notice (less than 72 hours before the tour departs) are not refundable.

In some exceptional circumstances, Xperience Tunisia may refund the purchase price, such as:

  • Serious interruption of the service due to road closures

  • Confirmed faults in our system

  • Trip cancellation due to air strikes or natural disasters that impede travelling during the purchase period

  • Cancellation of the services provision due to an exceptional event caused by the COVID-19 pandemic or similar

  • Denial of entry to Tunisian territory by the authorities (proof to be presented)

Changes to the Itinerary:

We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. We will do our best to provide you with a comparable alternative, but we cannot guarantee that all elements of the original itinerary will be maintained.

Missing payment:

In the event that full payment is not received before the start of the tour as outlined in our payment terms, Xperience Tunisia reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice. This may result in the loss of the 20% tour confirmation deposit, and any cancellation fees specified in our cancellation policy may apply. Additionally, the reserved tour services, accommodations, and transportation arrangements may be released, and alternative bookings cannot be guaranteed. We strongly urge passengers to fulfill their payment obligations promptly to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.

Health and Safety:

We take the health and safety of our guests very seriously. We expect our guests to comply with all local laws and regulations, as well as any health and safety guidelines provided by Xperience Tunisia. We are not responsible for any illness, injury, or loss that occurs during the tour due to a guest's failure to comply with these guidelines.

Xperience Tunisia is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the tour, except for any loss, injury, or damage caused by the negligence or intentional act of Xperience Tunisia.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from your tour will be resolved in accordance with Tunisian law. Any legal action must be taken within one year of the incident giving rise to the dispute.
